Group Classes

There’s more than one way to practice with me online. Classes are via You Seek Yoga and can be anywhere in the world. All classes are listed in UTC+1, which is London timezone.

Jaz brings an incredible energy to her teaching! All of my experiences with her have been nothing but brilliant. Her knowledge and passion for yoga shine through her classes!


My offerings online are currently as follows:

Enliven Flow (L2)

Join me for a vinyasa flow journey with and through the body.

Enliven with a playful, dynamic and challenging sequence designed to flow with precision, work up a sweat and dive into a blissful savasana.

Each week we will explore something slightly different, but by keeping a similar structure we build a skillful and graceful movement practice supported by embodied and explorative expressions of familiar poses.

Restore & Nourish (all levels)

You can truly let go in this restorative class.

Props are a must, and don’t worry if you don’t have them in the house – you can get creative. Recommended:

  • Bolster, pillows or yoga mat bag filled with clothes
  • Blanket
  • Release balls or tennis balls
  • Blocks or stacks of books

I’ll take you through a sequence of seated and supine poses, interwoven with movement exploration and meditation for an embodied and grounding experience.

A Grateful Heart

A Grateful Heart is my signature journalling workshop, created from and supported with my book entitled “A Grateful Heart”, published 2019. These sessions include journalling, meditation, breathwork, pranayama, sharing and sometimes even a little music. They are beautifully held, uplifting and transformative. Due to the nature of the classes, places are extremely limited.
